Wheat Road Golf, Inc is solely owned by Richard Fiocchi of Vineland NJ. We are a real live proshop with a Driving range and a Executive Golf course. We are direct representatives for every major brand of golf equipment made.

PAYMENT METHODS

Shipping & Handling

In the USA Irons set are $8.00, Single clubs or Woods or Shoes $6.00. UPS is our Main Carrier. We will notify you promptly
of any backorders. International deliveries are quoted on a individual basis.
Items shipped ground in the USA should be received in 2 to 7 working days.

Freight Damage or Lost shipments

Damaged orders must be reported to your local UPS office found in your telephone book, and notify Wheat Road Golf, Inc. Customer Service that you filed a claim. Please save the original packaging material for the UPS Representative to inspect. Lost or delayed shipments: Please notify us and we will track your package for you. Wheat Road Golf, Inc. will replace or credit the damaged product as soon as UPS returns the original to us and assigns the LDI number.

Returns

Inquiries of returns are subject to the discretion of Wheat Road Golf, Inc. Customer Service.
Products must be unopened and in good condition, i.e. labels clean, etc.
Returns on stock items. No restocking charge! Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Returns on special orders or any custom fit orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Request for Shipping to address other than your credit card billing address

We will ship only to your actual billing address unless you call your credit card company and authorize a drop shipment.
Provide us with a phone or fax number of the bank or have them call 856-794-8585 or fax 856-794-1450 to provide us with authorization.

FOR CREDIT CARD USE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA:

Please call your bank if it is physically located outside of the United States and supply us with their E-MAIL address. We will get an identity verification and authorization from the bank for your purchase. We cannot accept foreign credit card orders without an identity verification (i.e., identity checks must match the information you give us with the same information the bank gives us. They must match for the bank to release funds).The identity check is vital,..we cannot obtain authorization to use your credit card without an identity check. Other options:

2. give us your bank's phone and fax numbers, and the name of the person to call.
