The Tom Watson GT Wedges are equipped with multi-material shafts
of steel and graphite - the same shaft technology found in the Tight
Lies® GT Irons for best-of-both-worlds Performance.
Straighter Shots
The special high-modulus graphite tip is engineered to be 50% stronger
than steel for optimal stability at impact to deliver straighter
long approach shots. The specially designed graphite tip is extremely
strong because it has up to 50% thicker walls than conventional
graphite. The result is a low-torque shaft that's designed to square
the club head at impact for greater accuracy.
Better Feel
The highly responsive graphite tip reduces harsh vibrations to create
the smooth feel of a graphite shaft.
